Paviljonki is the next building
The Paviljonki congress centre, Jyväskylä Fair Centre and Sokos Hotel Paviljonki stand on Lutakko square directly in front of Uno Savolan katu 15. From the city-centre building at Hannikaisenkatu 27 B it is an eight-minute walk to Paviljonki and about fifteen minutes to the university's main campus at Seminaarinmäki.

Can my university or company pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose Invoice to company at checkout and enter the billing details, or request an offer and we invoice everything on one invoice. The invoicing company is Vuokrakaista Oy. Prices are shown without VAT for companies.
How far are the apartments from Paviljonki and the university?
The Lutakko building is next to Paviljonki. From the city-centre building it is an 8-minute walk to Paviljonki and about 15 minutes to the main campus at Seminaarinmäki. Agora and Ylistönrinne are reached by bus or bicycle.
Can an organiser reserve an allotment for participants?
Yes. We agree the number of apartments and the release date, and participants book their own dates directly, or the organiser books everything at once. Request an offer with the dates and the estimated number of participants.
Is there a workspace in the apartments?
Lutakko Boss has a desk and the city one-bedroom has a work table. All apartments have a dining table, fast Wi-Fi and good lighting. Mention your needs in the request and we point you to the right apartment.
What is included and is there a weekly discount?
Linen, towels, final cleaning and Wi-Fi are included. A week gets the weekly rate and a month the monthly rate; both appear on the cards once you pick your dates.
