YOU CAN SEE HERE HOW TO GET INTO THE ROOMS, AND HOW THE AUTOMATIC LOCKS WORK
There is no PIN code keypad on the front door or inside the apartment. Instead, you can open the keyboard on your phone to enter the code. The PIN code and a link will be sent to you on the day of the reservation at 14:05 via email and text message.
Check-in at the autonomous hotel is safe and easy. No human contact is required since you can access the hotel and the rooms with just a PIN.

It is now possible to book a room even late on the day of arrival. When you check-in, the system will automatically send you instructions and a PIN so you can access the room directly.

THIS IS HOW AUTOMATIC LOCKS WORK (see how-to video)

  1. Receive the PIN code and unlock link via email or text.
  2. Enter the PIN code on the screen and press the door buzzer of the apartment. The door will open after a moment.
  3. Approach the door of the apartment and knock on it above the lock three times; the door will open after a while.
  4. Traditional keys are available inside the apartment.

NOTE: If you can access the hallway without using the code, proceed directly to the door of the apartment and enter the code there. Refer to the instructions on the keyboard after entering the home.

FRONT DOOR

Above the door it says As Oy Jyväskylän Swingi, Uno Savolankatu 15.
Open the link that was sent to you via text or email, enter the PIN code and press the apartment’s door buzzer. After a while, the door will open.

SECOND DOOR

Open the link that was sent to you via text or email, enter the PIN code and press the apartment’s door buzzer. After a while, the door will open.

PARKING

PUBLIC PARKING PLACES

Here you can see the street parking spots. Those marked in blue are usually free, but please note that they are often time-limited and you will need a parking disc. Parking is generally free in the evenings, at night, and on weekends. Please be aware that these conditions are subject to change.

In paid parking, we recommend Paviljonki 1. From there, you can go directly from the parking garage to the front of the apartment.

GARAGE (Sauna apartments only)

To access the garage, you need an access key which is waiting in apartments A13 and A27. The garage is only available for the larger apartments. The maximum height for a car is about 2.1m.

Studio apartments do not have their own garage space. You can use the paid Paviljonki 1 or 2 parking garages, and there are also free parking spaces available nearby in the evenings and on weekends.

Here are the most common reasons why the door may not open, and contact information for help

  • Check the code again to confirm that the numbers are in the correct order
  • Is it over 15:00 on the day of check-in?
  • Don’t use booking.com’s own pin code
  • Are you in the right room. Please note in particular that we have rooms 6 and 6/2. They are different rooms
  • Did you remember to put a # sign on the door of the room after the code?
  • Did you remember turning the knob on the room door when the code went through?
