All our apartments offer free and fast Wi-Fi. Most of the apartments also have a dedicated workspace, making them an excellent choice for remote work and business travelers.
Is it possible to pay for the accommodation by invoice (for companies and insurance companies)?

Other apartments: We have a limited number of our own parking spaces, which you can request when booking (subject to availability).
Vans: Please inquire separately — we will help find a suitable option also for larger vehicles.
Lutakko: Two paid parking garages are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, along with plenty of free street parking.
City centre: Several paid parking garages are located right next to the apartments.
Tip: Always mention your parking needs when making a booking, and we will arrange the best option for you in advance.
Is it possible to extend the accommodation after the original agreement?
Yes, extensions are possible flexibly, subject to availability. Especially if water damage renovations take longer than expected, we always aim to ensure that guests can stay in the same apartment until the renovation is completed.
