How the Automatic Locks Work

Check your PIN code and open the access link sent to you by email or text message.

When you are at the main entrance, enter the PIN code on the keypad. The door will unlock shortly after.

At your apartment door, open the second link, enter the same PIN code, and tap three times above the lock. The door will unlock shortly after.

Traditional keys will be waiting for you inside the apartment.
Note: If you are able to enter the hallway without using the code, you can go directly to your apartment door and enter the code there. Please follow the instructions on the keypad after entering the code.
There is no physical PIN pad on the main entrance or apartment door. Instead, you will open the keypad on your phone, where you can enter your personal code.
Your PIN code and access link will be sent to you automatically on the day of your arrival at 14:05, both by email and text message.
Checking into the apartments is both safe and effortless. No personal contact is needed, as you can access your accommodation easily with your own phone and a PIN code.
Late Check-In Made Easy
You can book a room even late in the evening on your arrival day. Our system will automatically send you the check-in instructions along with a personal PIN code, which gives you direct access to your apartment.
The same code works for both the main entrance and your apartment door. Inside the apartment, you will also find traditional keys waiting for you.
Help! What to Do If the Code Doesn’t Work
Here are the most common reasons and how to get help:

Double-check your PIN code in the confirmation to ensure the digits are in the correct order.

Always open the access link on your phone to bring up the keypad, then enter your PIN code.

If you’re already inside the building hallway, go straight to your apartment door and enter the code there.

Make sure it is after 16:00 on your check-in day (access activates from that time).

Do not use Booking.com’s own PIN code—use the PIN code we sent you.

If needed, call our customer service; the phone number is included with your code message.

MAINDOOR
The building is marked with the name Aallonharja. The main entrance is located in the center of the building.
Location and Arrival
The address is Hannikaisenkatu 27b. It is only a 3–5 minute walk from the train station. The building is located behind Hotel Milton.
Taking Out the Trash
The waste bins are located in the front yard, to the left of the main entrance, in the corner. The bin shelter can be opened with your apartment key.
Please remember to sort your waste.
How the Keys Work
The building uses modern Abloy Pulse keys. If the door does not open with the key, please see the instruction videos below. Make sure to insert the key quickly enough so the lock can read it. When a green light appears on the key, it has been read correctly.

Parking
The apartments do not have their own parking spaces. Below you will find information about parking options.
Public Parking Areas
Here you can see the street parking areas. The ones marked in blue are usually free, but please note that they are often time-limited and require a parking disc. In the evenings, at night, and on weekends parking is usually free. Keep in mind that these conditions may change.
PARKKIHALLIT
Parking garages are more affordable than outdoor parking spaces in Jyväskylä. There are several paid parking garages nearby. We recommend P-Sokos, located a short distance from the apartments on Vapaudenkatu. This is the most affordable parking garage in Jyväskylä.
