Parking: Paviljonki 1 is located right next door, underground. The cost is €16/day. You can also park for free at the harbor in the evenings and overnight.

Our pricing includes cozy bedding, soft towels, and professional final cleaning, allowing you to enjoy your stay worry-free. If you need an extra bed, you can set it up yourself for use.
We strive to provide all our guests with a fresh and clean environment, so smoking and vaping (use of e-cigarettes) are prohibited in the apartment as well as on the balcony (Fine €500). We also value the comfort and peace of other residents, so unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours in the condominium are from 22:00 to 07:00. We are grateful if you respect this time frame and ensure that all residents can enjoy a peaceful environment. House rules require respect for neighbors and furniture. Please, no parties, thank you.
Doors open for you starting at 16:00, and check-out occurs by 12:00, to ensure the next guest has an equally pleasant experience.
